I call em Cash Browns because they taste money

2 hashed brown patties
2 eggs
hot sauce

Start with oiled hashed browns, get them close to fried
add spices and a bit of hot sauce and flip
Add the eggs. try and explode a yolk over a hashed brown and soak it while it congeals. mmm
don't scramble the eggs too much.
after the eggs begin to congeal, chop everything together with spatula, mix and let it fry into patties. Thn chop those up and scramble to make new patties.
